When I was diagnosed, I knew I was dyslexic. It's something that I've always felt but ADHD & dyspraxia was something that came as a surprise & I'd never heard of them.
Most of the time, when someone feels they are something, they sometimes are & I think that getting the diagnosis will help to confirm it just to be sure that it isn't something else because of the amount of overlap.

For my dyspraxia & dyslexia diagnosis, I actually got diagnosed all at the same time with the same Educational Psychologist. He's since retired but I went through my university at the time who referred me to him.
